This concert-lecture brings a turbulent period in American history to life as Professor Amelia Glaser joins Uri Schreter, Heather Klein & Anthony Russell in a performance of their new settings of Yiddish & English poetry of the 1930s written in direct response to one of the most famous miscarriages of American justice—& the birth of the American Civil Rights movement—the Scottsboro trials.
