Women’s Rosh Chodesh Circle – Adar

🌿 Women’s Rosh Chodesh Circle – Adar
Join us to celebrate the Women’s Rosh Chodesh Circle – Adar. A holiday set aside for Jewish women traditionally reserved to celebrate renewal of the the new moon.
Rosh Chodesh is a time for connection, community, and renewal. Our Adar gathering at The Boston Synagogue is open to all Jewish women, with no background in Torah learning required. Whether you are curious, experienced, or simply seeking connection, you are welcome.
We will begin the evening with a simple candle-lighting ritual, a familiar nigun (wordless melody), and a blessing to create a warm and grounding space. Together, we will explore the themes and energy of the month of Adar.
No Rosh Chodesh Circle is complete without a Woman of Valor. We will learn who represents this month and how her story can inspire us today. The circle will close with a poem and chant aligned with the themes of Adar.
This gathering is for Jewish women seeking connection, community, and reflection. If you are drawn to increasing JOY and Jewish values — or if you simply want a gentle, soulful space to mark the new moon — this circle is for you.
Come as you are.
Let us connect, reflect, and grow together.
